1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance via call, email, or written agreement. A token advance may be required to confirm the booking. Fast Track Packers and Movers reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Packing and Handling
We use standard packing materials and follow best practices to protect goods. While utmost care is taken, Fast Track Packers and Movers shall not be liable for damage caused due to improper packing if self-packed by the customer.

3. Inventory and Valuables
Customers are advised to prepare a complete inventory of their items. We do not take responsibility for cash, jewelry, documents, or other valuables unless declared and documented prior to shifting.

4. Transportation and Delivery
All efforts are made to deliver on the agreed date and time. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for such delays.

5. Insurance
Transit insurance is available on request. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure their goods. Fast Track Packers and Movers will not be liable for any damage or loss to goods in transit unless insured.

6. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made upon completion of the shifting unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Cheques are not accepted without prior approval.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

8. Access and Permissions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure easy access for loading/unloading and obtain any required permissions from authorities or housing societies.

9. Liability Limitations
Fast Track Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss, delays, or damages beyond our reasonable control.

10. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
